Paul Moriyama is a minor character in Sgt Frog Abridged. He is Momoka's butler and is played as being the memetic, reality-altering badass that Chuck Norris is to most internet users. After Momoka dies, Paul replaces her with a puppet and speaks with it in a tone mocking of Momoka.

- YouTube user Superchang847 was originally signed on to do Paul's voice since the Jumped out of Bed, Fell Through the Floor podcast on Fatty Time, well before Episode 1R was released. When Paul was finally introduced over a year later, Superchang had to be dropped due to having a too-low quality microphone. He was the last voice actor signed on from the very first wave of auditions, meaning that none of the first wave of auditioners are still with the team.
