Other People's Wedding Videos Abridged is a 2011 April Fool's joke from The Midnight Frogs. The video consists of Thorn dubbing over a wedding video, wherein the reverend reads a monologue written by the groom dedicated to the bride. Thorn and Yoshi's rewrite takes it in a completely surreal, nonsensical direction. Yoshi occasionally reacts as members of the audience.
Reception
As of November 24, 2011, the video has 34 "likes", 0 "dislikes", and 27 "favorites". Viewers enjoyed it so much that several requested a second episode.
Trivia
- The idea was suggested by an audience member in TheMidnightFrogs Podcast UStream.
- The intro is a clip of "Marry Me" by Sparks.
- In a joke Retsupurae Thorn made of Let's Player MrFailGame, he expands on the wedding of Randolph and Wendy, giving it a darker and stranger edge.[1]
