Madcapoperator (AKA: Dan Flintham) is a friend of ThornBrain's from long before TheMidnightFrogs were formed. Though he was never a member of the team, he made several appearances with them during the early days.
He appeared in several Fatty Time podcasts and the first two of TheMidnightFrogs Podcast, as well as episodes of the first attempt at playing The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask on TheStrawhatNO!. Thorn also put together a brief music project based around samples and a handful of Dan's recordings called The Flint Robot. Thorn also made various other references to him in the formative years of TheMidnightFrogs.
Dan has not appeared with TheMidnightFrogs or related projects since 2010, though he is still a friend of Thorn's.
