- You must gather the videos yourself, gather your VAs yourself, and edit it yourself. Upload it to YouTube and make it a video response to the announcement video.
- Deadline: January 1st, the Midnight Frogs' first anniversary
- Automatic disqualifiers: memes, shitty mic and/or video quality, intros/title sequences.
- Make it good. We'd prefer funny videos, but if you can pull off a serious or dramatic Sgt Frog parody, we're down with that as well.
- If the video isn't good in its first two minutes, we're not watching any further to see if it gets better.
- Prize: Both Sgt Frog season 3 DVDs and your choice of SFA t-shirt. You also get your picture placed in the season finale in place of album covers.
- Runner-up prize: You get your picture placed in SFA19 in place of album covers.

- The podcast takes its title from Yoshi's reaction to people calling SFA episodes "filler", in reference to the original series being entirely filler for no plot whatsoever.
